Can I add my own fabric softener?

Our launderettes are equipped with professional washing and drying machines. Their system was programmed to offer different phases of the wash cycle, which means that adding any product or fabric softener would render the whole integrated washing process ineffective.

Thus, we do not recommend adding any fabric softener or other product to the laundry in our washing machines. However, you have the option to add the fabric softener, which is directly built into our machines.
