  • Contact Information: If you contact us for support or a refund, we may collect your name, email address, and mailing address.
  • Mobile Numbers: We collect your mobile number only if you opt-in at the Revolution Machine to receive an SMS notification when your wash or dry cycle is complete.
  • Payment Information: When you pay by credit or debit card, your data is processed through secure, encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant gateways. We do not store your full card numbers on our local systems.
  • Technical & Location Data: When using our website or app, we may collect your IP address, browser type, and geographic location to help you find the nearest Wash.ME location.
  • CCTV: Some of our machine locations are monitored by CCTV for security and safety purposes. This footage is handled in accordance with local surveillance laws.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information for the following specific purposes:

  • Service Fulfilment: To provide the laundry services you have paid for and to send "cycle complete" SMS alerts.
