Dryer Didn’t Dry My Clothes

If you used one of our dryers and your clothes were not dry, follow these steps to understand and resolve the issue!

Step 1: Check for Warmth

After the cycle finishes, feel your clothes. If they are warm but still damp, the selected cycle may not have been long enough for the weight of your laundry. Consider using a longer cycle or adjusting the settings according to your load size.

Step 2: Clothes Still Wet After Full Cycle

If your dryer was set for a specific duration (e.g., 45 minutes) and your clothes are cold or wet, there may be a technical issue. Common causes include lint build-up, which can block hot air channels.

We service our machines regularly, but issues can occasionally occur between maintenance checks.

Step 3: Refund and Reporting

If your clothes did not dry properly, you can request a refund via our refund page. We also ask that you report the issue so an engineer can attend the machine promptly.
